UrlStream respects the privacy of its
members. We do not collect any personal information, track IPs,
etc. The only information collected are e-mail addresses and names
of those that list domains, inquire about domains, or subscribe
to the mailing list. The information collected is only used for
reasons related to that collection and will NEVER be dispensed to
third parties.
The
only information distribution to a third party occurs when a domain
owner with property listed on UrlStream.com receives an offer
concerning a domain up for lease to which they accept. Upon
acceptance, both parties are given each other's respective name
and e-mail address to discuss the agreement off of UrlStream.
Information will also be transferred should a transfer of
ownership take place to allow for a consistent, convenient service
for our customers.

UrlStream.com
only serves as an intermediary between a potential lessee and
domain owner. The buyer and seller specify the terms of the
agreement and will not hold UrlStream liable should a disagreement
arise. The terms of the agreement take place off of the
UrlStream.com website. UrlStream.com only servers to bring the parties
together.
UrlStream
does not screen parties, so contract wisely. UrlStream.com will not
be held liable for disagreement's or lease agreements gone bad.
